What is GuardWatch?
GuardWatch is a digital visitor access management platform designed for gated communities. It provides mobile apps for residents and guards, QR code scanning for visitor validation, and administrative tools for community management. Advanced guard monitoring features like GPS tracking and incident reporting are launching in Q2 2025.
How does GuardWatch work?
GuardWatch works by digitizing the visitor pass process: Communities register and add residents. Residents create digital visitor passes through the mobile app, which generates QR codes. Security guards scan these QR codes using their mobile app to validate access. Admin dashboards provide oversight and analytics. Advanced features like real-time guard tracking are coming soon.
What are the different user types in GuardWatch?
GuardWatch has several user types: Super Admin (system-wide management), Community Admin (community management), Community Manager (daily operations), Security Guards (24/7 monitoring), Head of Household (family management), and Family Members (community access). Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities.
Is there a mobile app available?
Yes! GuardWatch has mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices. There are two apps: one for residents (to create and manage visitor passes, contacts, invitations) and one for security guards (to scan QR codes and view scan history). Advanced features like real-time tracking and emergency alerts are coming in Q2 2025. Currently, Android APK is available for download, with iOS coming soon.
